Our Way of Working
First year full-time BLPs and BLP interns will need to relocate (on us!) to our beautiful Stamford, CT headquarters where they will have the opportunity to take advantage of Synchrony's hybrid working model.
Working Forward Together
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are close-knit groups formed around common interests and ambitions. Why the “+” at the end? We’re glad you asked because there’s a lot of power in that “+”. It represents the advocates and allies of our diverse colleagues. You don’t need to be a woman to join Women’s+. Nor be of LatinX heritage to be a part of the Hispanic+.
