In the BLP I impacted real people and businesses and fast-tracked my career.
Making bold recommendations backed by data is something I do regularly as a graduate of the Data Analytics track of Synchrony’s BLP. Data is powerful, and analytics is the skillset and way of thinking that unlocks that power to solve problems across our business functions.
In the Data Analytics BLP, you can develop these skills—along with an understanding of how your work impacts real customers, businesses, and employees. In just two years the BLP fast-tracked my career through three rotations and numerous distinctive experiences.
I also value working at a place where I can be myself, have fun, learn and grow through new opportunities, and work with peers and leaders who invest in my future—and that’s Synchrony.
