DAN’S STORY
For me, the BLP brought personal and professional growth and great camaraderie.
It was important to me to join a company with a history of success, one that offered a strong leadership development program and was a place where I could grow my career. Synchrony’s BLP has all of these characteristics. Even though Data Analytics wasn’t my specialty, I could tell by the interactions I had with the Synchrony team throughout the recruiting process that the BLP was a great fit for me.
The camaraderie of the program is also truly special. I’ve developed more relationships than I ever thought possible. The people make the program what it is, and they’re a big part of what makes Synchrony’s BLP different.
