BRYAN’S STORY
Synchrony invests in me and gives me many opportunities to pay it forward.
I was looking for a career that offered me the opportunity to have different experiences across finance. That’s exactly what I got in Synchrony’s BLP Finance track. The variety of challenging projects prepared me for full-time roles in Retail Card Finance and as a Finance Manager since completing the BLP.
There’s also an amazing culture at Synchrony. The leadership team is heavily invested in the BLP. They see the unique potential in each person and believe in diversity of background and thought.
I came to Synchrony through the ALPFA conference (Association of Latino Professionals for America) and I pay it forward today by contributing to career development and recruiting others as an active member of our Hispanic Network+.
