When an assignment requires you to move, we'll help get you there with a suite of relocation benefits, including:
Also, you can (and should!) lean on the network of BLP alumni. They've done what you're doing and want to help you rock it. (Full relocation details, requirements and conditions will be made available to those joining the program.)
Our training isn’t about stuffing a bunch of facts and processes into your brain and quizzing you on them. Instead, we focus on developing how you think, collaborate and lead.
Synchrony leadership is invested in supporting you. You'll see it as soon as you join us at our kick-off event (Sync-Up). From your assignment leader and manager all the way up to our C-suite, our leaders will help you be bolder, more daring, and succeed outside your comfort zone.
Before you even leave campus, we'll invite you to a three-day, exclusive kick-off event for new BLPs and BLP-Interns so you're ready to hit the ground running. You'll also learn about your location and project assignment.
Our annual business conference for you and your fellow BLPs. This week-long event brings together all classes of BLPs, providing a unique opportunity to connect with your peers, as well as Synchrony leaders, as you participate in experiential leadership training, teambuilding and networking opportunities to keep your career firmly on the fast track.
Twice during the BLP you’ll participate in month-long, cross-functional experiences to gain knowledge about our business, customers and partners. You’ll get to meet our team and leadership (across functions and offices), and learn more about how we work to improve the success of every business we serve and the quality of each life we touch.
Synchrony believes strong working families create strong communities. That’s why BLPs engage in a month-long service experience, devoting the entire month to one of our non-profit partners. You’ll be embedded on-site with our partner, putting your functional skills to work to create a sustainable solution to a real business need that impacts the organization and our community.
